Schedule modifications and cancellations

“Mat Barre” with Laura Lozier, Mondays 5:30 pm and Thursdays at noon is cancelled thru Sept 14th.

“Power Flow” with Shannon is back, Fridays 5:30-6:30pm.

A warm welcome to Terri Rodriguez and Susan Vollbrecht  joining us in September.

Terri is offering Ashtanga yoga, Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm.

Susan is offering Circlesinging, twice a month, Thursdays 7-8:30pm.

Kelsey Ball is back with Warm Vinyasa, Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm.

Evan Horn and Liz Davis will offer a Foot workshop in November. Stay tuned!
